Food Standards Australia New Zealand
FSANZ is a bi-national government agency. Their main responsibility is to develop and administer the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code (the Code), which lists requirements for foods such as additives, food safety, labeling and GM foods.

The National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) is Australia's peak body for supporting health and medical research. Coeliac Society of Australia
The Coeliac Society of Australia was formed in 1980 to provide a forum to promote the national welfare and uniformity of purpose and objectives of the State Coeliac Societies throughout Australia.
